3M Dental Crown Class Action Settlement

Settlement Deadline: September 15, 2020

Dentists have secured a $32.5 million settlement in a class action alleging 3M made defective dental crowns. Class Members include dentists and dental practices in the United States who purchased 3M’s Lava Ultimate Restorative and used it as a dental crown before June 15, 2015. Dental patients must have also experienced debonding of the crown before June 15, 2020.

Class Members include dentists and dental practices who bought and applied 3M’s Lava Ultimate Restorative before June 15, 2015. The product must have fully or partially debonded prior to June 15, 2020.

$250 per debond or 100% reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.
