Greer man wins $125K on scratch-off lottery ticket

A Greer man has one $125,000, according to the SC Lottery. They say David Brice was sitting at the kitchen table when he was scratching to ticket and saw the win. He picked up the ticket and walked to a window to take a closer look. He told lottery officials "I was in shock," but now feels relieved. He said he is paying off his house.
